Ship Repair

One of the most active shiprepair yards on the Black Sea coast, carrying out over 70 repairs annually on commercial and military vessels. Services include steelwork, spectral analysis of metals and materials, complex repair, etc. The yard accommodates vessels up to 14,000 DWT and 200 m length; the larger floating dock handles vessels up to 165 m.

Shipbuilding/Newbuilding 

Experienced in construction of small multi-purpose and special vessels such as fire-fighting and salvage crafts, tugs, push boats, diver crafts, torpedo recovery boats and minesweepers. Latest completed project: hybrid floating dock (85 m, 2500 t lifting capacity). Current project: innovative hybrid floating dock (110 m, 4000 t)

Reconstruction & Modernization

Conversion of river vessels to river-sea class, tow and push vessels, barges, research vessels, and upgrades in compliance with EMSA requirements.

We are operating three floating docks with below mentioned sizes in Tuzla & Yalova premises: •No:1 Lifting Capacity 6.500tons-Length 130mtrs-Inner Breadth 23,0mtrs at Tuzla premises •No:2-Lifting Capacity 9.000tons-Length 180mtrs-Inner Breadth 29,00mtrs at Yalova premises •No:3-Lifting Capacity 50.000tons-Length 310mtrs-Inner Breadth 51,0mtrs at Yalova premises. Our max. docking draft is 9,00mtrs which gives us a unique advantage for docking of vessels with excessive draught like Ro-Ro vessels, Livestock Carriers, Tankers, Car Carriers etc. Our Yalova premises is biggest shipyard facility in Turkey with 350.000sqm indoor and outdoor area, 50.000tons/year steel working capacity and more than 5.000 employees. Shipyard has inhouse mechanical, pipe, outfitting, electric, insulation and carperntery workshops.
