    Entry Passes
     

    All personnel entering the Exhibition Centre from the build-up to the breakdown period will need either a contractor’s pass or an exhibitor’s badge or a special admission pass (i.e. for cleaning or on stand catering services). Please contact the Organisers for details at posidonia@posidonia-events.com

    Make sure that you have ordered your contractors' passes and that your contractors carry their site passes at all times, otherwise they will not be permitted into the venue. Contractors' passes are valid during the Build-up and Dismantling periods (please refer to the Timetable above).

    Please ensure you visit the Metropolitan Expo during the build-up period (Tuesday 26 - Sun 31 May) to collect your exhibitor badges

    To prepare your badge(s), use the relevant link in the Exhibitors' Online Manual, available from January 2026. Badges can then be printed at the exhibition by providing the barcode you have received or quoting company name. You will need to print the required number of badges in advance and distribute them to your staff, so they can access the venue. Exhibitors can register a specific number of staff for the stand and receive according lanyards, according to their stand size.

    Lanyards for your Exhibitor’s badge will be available at the Organisers' office (Entrance 1) upon your arrival.
