Posidonia 2028 will once more offer Exhibitors the promotional option of Hanging banners above their stands, assuring high visibility from a distance.

• The stand size must be at least 30sqm for the hanging banner/structure application.
• All hanging banners and special constructions must be within the stand's boundaries and at least 1m away from boundaries with adjoining stands and clear of stand construction and exhibits by no less than 1m.

Rates

• €90/sqm for single-sided signs
• €120/sqm for double-sided signs

For Halls 1, 2, and 3
 

Locations & Height from Ground

• Inside exhibition hall only, only permitted over stand/pavilion space (30sqm minimum).
  Please contact the Organisers for a quotation.
• The bottom of the banner must be at least 4m from ground and clear of stand construction and exhibits by no less than 1m. The maximum height of the banner from ground can be 5.5m.

Notes

• Please note that the price includes space only, and not banner construction and/or hanging. To get a quote for production and hanging of the banner, please contact Expowork at posidonia@expowork.gr by 30 April 2028.
• Banners must not extend beyond the boundaries of the allocated stand and must be at least 1m away from boundaries with adjoining stands and clear of stand construction and exhibits by no less than 1m.
• Banners are restricted to 2-dimensional signs only. If banners are 3-dimensional, have an irregular shape or are not within the above mentioned size, they will be treated as structures. In this case, please contact the Organiser for a quotation. No banners are allowed to be hung without the Organisers' prior approval.
• The Organisers will try to hang the banner on the most appropriate site, but the final location depends on proximity to the fixed ceiling beams of the exhibition hall which are affixed to the hall ceiling.
• Rigging services are not available after the stand construction period has commenced.
• It is prohibited to support elements, parts of structures or exhibits from the ceiling.

For Hall 4
