Please print the number of exhibitor’s badges you need online to gain access to the venue. To prepare and print your badge, click on the appropriate link in the exhibitors’ online manual. There is no limitation for exhibitors’ badges. Lanyards and plastic cases for your badges will be available onsite.
All contractor personnel entering the Exhibition Centre, either during the build-up period or the breakdown period will need either a contractor’s pass or an exhibitor’s badge (Note: contractors passes are only valid during the build-up and breakdown periods, not during the exhibition opening days).
- Make sure that you have ordered your contractors' passes in advance and that your contractors will carry their passes at all times. To order Contractor passes please fill in the appropriate online form on the Posidonia website and the relevant badges will be sent to the exhibitor by post. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to assure that contractors receive the badges.
- All exhibitors must print their exhibitor’s badge online in order to gain access to the venue. Exhibitors’ personnel that forget to bring their badges to the venue will have to present proper identification in order to print badges on site.
- Lanyards and plastic cases for your Exhibitor’s badge will be available at the Organisers office (Entrance 1) upon your arrival.
Shuttle bus service to the exhibition centre is provided by the Organisers. The programme will be available closer to the exhibition dates online and on the Posidonia Mobile Application, available for free download on Google Play and App store.
A parking area covering 100,000 sqm is available and parking is free of charge.
The Business Centre is located in the Registration Area (Entrance 1). The following services will be available:
- Fax machine
- Colour and b/w printing
- PC (Access, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Internet access
Each exhibitor is responsible for public liability insurance against injury to the person and property of others arising from his participation at the exhibition (Third Party Liability), as well as against injury to his personnel (Employers’ Liability) and insuring their exhibits and merchandise against damage or loss to and from the exhibition and during the exhibition. Exhibitors should contact their insurance broker to cover their personnel, exhibits and stand materials.
A spouse must register as a visitor to gain access to the exhibition area. Children under 16 years old are NOT admitted unless accompanied by a guardian.
