POSIDONIA 2024 CONSENT FORM

The press registration form collects your name, position, email address, telephone number and address so that our support team can communicate with you and provide you with any assistance regarding your participation at Posidonia 2024.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR  (EU 2016/679), personal data can only be gathered  under strict conditions and for legitimate purposes only.

Where “Posidonia Exhibitions S.A”. receives any personal data (as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR -  (EU 2016/679)), it ensures that it fully complies with the provisions of the Regulation.
 

CONSENT

With this provision of my personal data, I expressly and unambiguously declare that I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data by Posidonia Exhibitions S.A. These data will be used for statistical purposes for communicating press material and for sending email newsletters.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that “Posidonia Exhibitions S.A” or any of its Affiliates/ Suppliers may process my personal data. I hereby give my explicit consent to the Company to process any such personal data. I also hereby provide explicit consent to the Company to transfer any such personal data outside of the country in which I am providing services. I agree to "Posidonia Exhibitions S.A." sending me information regarding Posidonia events.
