Conference - Seminar - Meeting rooms' facilities at Posidonia

Posidonia Conference Hall, Entrance 1 area

Capacity: 400 | Set up: Theater style

Facilities: Audiovisual presentation system, speakers' platform, lectern, discussion panel for four speakers, four (4) wired & two (2) wireless microphones, dimmer for lighting, sound absorption panels, air-conditioning system, independent reception, separate lobby.

Rental Fees for Exhibitors: €1,500 for 2 hours | €4,500 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Rental Fees for non-Exhibitors: €2,200 for 2 hours | €7,000 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Posidonia Seminar Room Central, Entrance 1 area

Capacity: 180 | Set up: Theater style

Facilities: Audiovisual presentation system, speakers' platform, lectern, discussion panel for four speakers, four (4) wired & two (2) wireless microphones, dimmer for lighting, sound absorption panels, air-conditioning system, independent reception, separate lobby.

Rental Fees for Exhibitors: €1,250 for 2 hours | €4,000 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Rental Fees for non-Exhibitors: €1,950 for 2 hours | €6,500 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Posidonia Seminar Room 1A (Hall 1)

Capacity: 80 | Set up: Theater style

Facilities: Audiovisual presentation system, speakers' platform, lectern, discussion panel for four speakers, three (3) wired microphones, lighting (2 zones), ventilation, air-conditioning system, 4kw power supply, independent reception and coffee break area.

Rental fees for Exhibitors: €1,050 for 1 hour 45' | €3,700 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Rental Fees for non-Exhibitors: €1,700 for 1 hour 45' | €5,300 for the full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Posidonia Seminar Rooms 1B (Hall 1), 2A and 2B (Hall 2)

Capacity: 60 | Set up: Theater style

Facilities: Audiovisual presentation system, speakers' platform, lectern, discussion panel for four speakers, three (3) wired microphones, lighting (2 zones), ventilation, air-conditioning system, 4kw power supply, independent reception and coffee break area.

Rental fees for Exhibitors: €900 for 1 hour 45' | €3,100 for full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Rental Fees for non-Exhibitors: €1,500 for 1 hour 45' | €4,500 for full day (11:00-19:00) - subject to VAT 24%, if applicable.

Posidonia Meeting Room 1, Entrance 1 area

Capacity: up to 12 | Set up: Boardroom table

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

For cancellations until or on 28 February 2026, a 20% cancellation fee applies. From 1 March 2026 onwards cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount.
 

IMPORTANT NOTES:
 

• Each slot to include set up, preparation, coffee breaks and all other functions of the event. Slots to be strictly observed.
• Seminar rooms may be sponsored and have sponsor-branding.
• For catering services during your seminar/presentation, you are required to use the official caterer of Posidonia 2026.
