NOVA Electronics, as a commercial and technical company, has been founded in 1988, in Piraeus, Greece. Ever since, it has gained internationally acclaimed recognition for the quality of services & ethics in sales of marine electronics equipment for deep sea vessels.

NOVA Electronics represents the internationally biggest manufacturer of marine electronics, Japan Radio Company (JRC) & many more. NOVA Electronics is also an official service & sales provider for KVH Industries Inc., in Greece. KVH, amongst other services, provides satellite communication solutions for commercial maritime & leisure marine.

NOVA Electronics technical department has been expanding, currently employing 15 highly trained engineers, covering an increase of demand on board our customer’s vessels worldwide.

Bondstrand offers corrosion resistant composite pipe and structural solutions, designed, engineered, tested and installed by our experts, supported by a global service network.

Nauta Shiprepair Yard specializes in repairs and conversions, special surveys of merchant vessels as well as repairs and modification of naval vessels.

Thanks to the technical potential, high quality, experience and knowledge of our personnel, modern technologies and newly acquired production facility Nauta has become one of the biggest and most competitive shiprepair yards in the Baltic region.

During 98 years of its activity, Nauta has performed numerous extensive repairs on various types of ships. It has also designed and built nearly 500 fishing and special purpose vessels.

Apart from the civilian production, Nauta Shiprepair Yard provides services in the area of repair and modifications of the naval vessels for the Polish and foreign navies.

Our company was founded in 2005, with business in providing various vessels with spare parts, stores, equipments and technology service.
