With 127-years history, “TEREM-SHIPYARD Flotski Arsenal – Varna” Ltd. remains the largest and most significant shipyard in Bulgaria. 

Covering an area of 617,000 sq.m, the yard has two floating docks, four quays, and four floating quays along a 1,300m length of coastline, three rail slipways, each 135m long. The well equipped workshops allow the highly skilled workers to perform their job within the deadlines and with the best quality of services.

With over 60 successfully completed shiprepairs per year, the shipyard’s scope of work covers: complex repairs of commercial and military vessels, conversion and modernization, new building, steelwork, etc.

Tersan Shipyard today one of the biggest and most modern new building, ship repair and conversion yard in Europe. Tersan has two premises in Tuzla&Yalova in which we are operating 3 floating docks with mentioned size;No:1-Lifting Capacity 6.500tons–Length 130mtrs – Inner Breadth 23,0mtrs at Tuzla premises,No:2-Lifting Capacity 9.000tons–Length 180mtrs–Inner Breadth 29,0mtrs at Yalova premises,No:3–Lifting Capacity 50.000tons – Length 310mtrs–Inner Breadth 51,0mtrs at Yalova premises.Our max. docking draft is 9,00mtrs which is giving us unique advantage for docking of vessels with excessive draught like Ro-Ro vessels,Livestock Carriers,Tankers,Car Carriers etc.Piers at yard totally 1500mtrs available to accommodate up to Suezmax size for afloat repairs.Our Yalova premises have 350.000sqm in door and out door area, 50.000tons/year steel working capacity and more than 5.000employees.
