Please print online the number of exhibitor’s badges that you need, so that you can gain access to the venue. To prepare and print your badge(s), click on the appropriate link in the exhibitors’ online manual, which will be available from January 2024. There is no limitation for exhibitors’ badges. Lanyards and plastic cases for your badges will be available onsite.

All contractor personnel entering the Exhibition Centre, either during the build-up period or the breakdown period will need a contractor’s pass (Note: contractors passes are only valid during the build-up and breakdown periods, not during the exhibition opening days).

• Exhibitors must register their contractors' company name via Application for Contractor's Passes in the online manual. Contractors, once confirmed, are responsible for issuing passes for their staff.
   
•  All exhibitors must print their exhibitor’s badge online in order to gain access to the venue. Exhibitors’ personnel that forget to bring their badges to the venue will have to present proper identification in order to print badges on site.
   
• Lanyards and plastic cases for your Exhibitor’s badge will be available at the Organisers office (Entrance 1) upon your arrival.

Shuttle bus service to the exhibition centre is provided by the Organisers. The programme will be available closer to the exhibition dates online and on the Posidonia Mobile Application, available for free download on Google Play and App store.

A parking area covering 100,000 sqm is available and parking is free of charge.

The Business Centre is located in the Registration Area (Entrance 1). The following services will be available:

• Fax machine
• Photocopier
• Colour and b/w printing
• PC (Access, Word, Excel, Power Point) 
• Internet access

Each exhibitor is responsible for public liability insurance against injury to the person and property of others arising from his participation at the exhibition (Third Party Liability), as well as against injury to his personnel (Employers’ Liability) and insuring their exhibits and merchandise against damage or loss to and from the exhibition and during the exhibition. Exhibitors should contact their insurance broker to cover their personnel, exhibits and stand materials.

A spouse must register as a visitor to gain access to the exhibition area. Children under 16 years old are NOT admitted unless accompanied by a guardian.
